Longan juice


The Chinese call Longan as “Dragon’s Eye” because it looks like an eye when it is cut open It has a dark colour on its centre, an opalescent berry and hard shell.  The Chinese make juices and syrups out of it and the juices are believed to be an internal "heat" source.
