Meat slices




Also known as ‘Rougan’, it is a Chinese salty-sweet dried meat product, often made with beef, pork, or mutton. Meat slices which are prepared with spices, sugar, salt, and soy sauce are dried on racks at around 50 °C to 60 °C. It is usually served during Chinese New Year.
